Costumer is [ not ] Always Right

I believe that the hardest jobs are those jobs included in the field which requires communicating or social skills. Those who need to talk to different types of people with diverse philosophies in life. All you need is to have dozens of patience. Some are wise enough but some are narrow minded, and in that case what you need to know is how to understand certain circumstances or how to deal with it.

Costumer is always right? I don't think that's true. Setting an example.

A lady with her little son holding his toy car went inside a fast food chain. Inside there is a janitor cleaning at the side on the floor where food spilled by other costumer unintentionally. After cleaning he put a caution saying "Wet Floor". The mother proceed on the counter to order food. She left her son on one of the table near the wet floor. While she order, her son drop his toy on the wet part of the floor. When the little boy try to get his toy, accidentally the boy slipped on the floor and fell. The boy then start crying because his of his hand fell hard he get mild fracture, which capture the attentions of other costumers and staffs. The mother went to her child and get him up. With her anger she tend to blame the janitor for being careless about their costumers. She then ask where is the manager to explain about the inconvenience. The manager explain the side of the janitor but instead of understanding she threaten the company that she will complain to the main branch of the said fast food chain. The argue last for minutes because the women denied that it is not their fault and insisted that she will only stop only when the manager fired the janitor. She believe the principle of the rule "Costumer is always right" therefore it makes her think that she is right and it is her right to be obeyed for whatever she wanted. At the end, the management banded the woman in that specific branch of food chain but before that for their care to their costumers they paid medical expenses of their son.

In that case I believe that it is not right to accuse others for a mistake which they do not make knowing that you are the costumer doesn't give you the ticket be right. We can say that as much as possible we should understand the costumers as much as we can and consider their parts but not at all time. Their mistakes must not be tolerated. Yes they are the one who pay for the service of the staff but that will never erase the fact that the employee also had their rights because he/she is a human.

"We are intended to be made unfinished". We still have the needs and wants that we continuously seek. We are cannot predict our fortune for we use to create it. God given us freewill which we could use to  choose our own decisions. Whether it is beneficial or could possibly harm. Those things are the proof that "nobody's perfect" which contradict the idea of "costumer is always right" because if costumer is always right, therefore from the word itself they don't commit any mistakes. They are pure and clean and holy. But there's no such thing as perfect in this world. If costumer is always right, then to be a costumer you must be perfect. We are not perfect so we cannot be considered as a costumer. Then who is the costumer?
